(1) 대상: 한국학대학원 재학생(개인 또는 팀 참여)

(2) 내용: 한국학대학원의 장점 및 알리고 싶은 내용 등 창의적 콘텐츠

※ 예: 대학원의 장점, 장학금 혜택, 캠퍼스 전경, 프로그램 및 행사, 장서각, 도서관, 근교 나들이, 기숙사 생활, 학생 편의시설, 교수님/학생 인터뷰 등

(3) 홍보 방법: 개인 유튜브 업로드

(4) 홍보 형식: 1. 쇼츠(1분 이내) 2. 긴 영상(3분 이상) ※ 2개 필수

○ 수상 후 선정 작품은 대학원 유튜브( @TheGradSchoolofKoreanStudies )에 올린 후 공식 인스타그램 grad_aks,

페이스북 aks.news 계정에도 올릴 예정

(5) 필수사항:

1. 공개 범위 설정(참여기간 동안 공개 필수)

2. 콘텐츠 하나는 전공 소개 또는 대학원의 장점 안내 필수

3. 한국어로 제작 시 영어 자막 필수

• 시상내역

(2) 타 공모전에 입상 경력이 있는 작품

(3) 표절했거나 표절로 의심되는 작품

(4) 타인 및 법인 등에 저작권이 매도되었거나 매도가 진행 중인 작품

2025 Korean Studies Ambassadors

Join us in showcasing The Graduate School of Korean Studies, AKS to the world! We invite our current students—individually or in teams—to create creative video content that highlights the unique strengths of our school.

1. Who Can Apply

• Current students of the Graduate School of Korean Studies (individual or team)

2. Content Theme
Produce original, creative videos that convey one or more of the following:

• Academic strengths of our school

• Scholarship benefits

• Campus scenery and facilities (e.g. Jangseogak, library, dorms, study lounges)

• Special programs and events

• Nearby excursions

• Student or faculty interviews

3. Promotion Method

• Upload your videos to your personal YouTube channel

4. Required Formats

• One Short (≤ 1 minute)

• One Longer Video (≥ 3 minutes)
  (Both formats are mandatory.)

Note: Winning entries will be featured on the official The Graduate School of Korean Studies YouTube channel( @TheGradSchoolofKoreanStudies ), Instagram (@grad_aks) and Facebook (aks.news).

5. Mandatory Conditions

• Visibility: Videos must remain public throughout the contest period.

• Core Content: At least one video must introduce your field of study or outline key advantages of AKS.

• Subtitles:

  • Korean videos require English subtitles.

  • English videos require Korean subtitles.

  • Videos in any other language require either Korean or English subtitles.

7. How to Apply & Submit
Email all materials in pdf or word to sophiekim@aks.ac.kr, including:

• Completed application form

• Copyright consent form

• Content summary document
  Save your video file as “ProducerName_VideoTitle” before submission. (See attachments 2–4 for templates.)

8. Key Dates

All videos must be uploaded to YouTube before public exposure begins. Dates subject to change.

9. Prizes & Awards

• Grand Prize (1): ₩2,200,000 + commemorative gift

• Top Prize (2): ₩500,000 + commemorative gift

• Excellence Prize (3): ₩300,000 + commemorative gift

• Encouragement Prize (10): ₩50,000 + commemorative gift

All participants will receive a souvenir. Winners will be announced on August 20 on our website (https://grad.aks.ac.kr).

10. Disqualification Criteria
Entries will be disqualified if they:

• Contain provocative or offensive content

• Have already won awards in other contests

• Are plagiarized or suspected of plagiarism

• Have existing or pending copyright transfers
