2024년 8월 29일 신축기숙사(일반기숙사 4동) 2층 오수 배관이 막히는 일이 발생하였습니다.

배관 복구를 위해 점검하던 중, 일부 입주자가 화장실 변기에 물티슈를 투입한 사실이 확인되었습니다.

약 300만원의 엄청난 복구비용이 발생할 것으로 추정되며, 복구 과정 동안 1층에 거주하는 입주자들은 악취와 화장실 이용에 큰 불편을 겪었습니다. 변기에 물티슈, 음식물 등을 버릴 경우 배관이 막힐 수 있습니다. 변기에는 절대로 이러한 물건을 버리지 말아주시기 바랍니다.  향후 이를 위반 시에는 관련 규정에 따라 해당 입주자에게 벌점 부과와 함께 수리비 변상 조치 등을 명할 수 있습니다.

기숙사는 공동 생활 공간인 만큼 입주자 여러분의 적극 협조를 부탁드립니다.

On August 29, 2024, the sewage pipe on the second floor of the new dormitory (new dormitory buildings- 4 dong) became clogged. During inspections to restore the plumbing, it was discovered that some tenants had put wet wipes in the toilet bowl.

It is estimated that a huge restoration cost of about 3 million won will be incurred, and during the restoration process, the residents living on the first floor experienced a bad smell and great inconvenience in using the toilet. Throwing wet wipes, food, etc., down the toilet can clog the plumbing. Please do not flush these items down the toilet.

In the event of a violation in the future, the tenant may be ordered to pay for repairs along with penalty points in accordance with the relevant regulations.
